What exactly do they do at Honda when they perform a "tune-up" i haven't had one yet....i was just wondering what they do.

If you're doing a service on it, it depends on how many miles on the car. But a basic tune-up is usually changing all of the fluids, spark plugs, valve adjustment & checking the belts.
