I guess you raise it when your parking in tight parking lots. Probably a pretty common thing in Japan.

I'm pretty sure there is only one pole, the one with the LED on top. It extends upward so you can guage where the front edge of the bumper is.

I dont think that is OEM but some aftermarket thing for JDM ludes. Doesnt seem like its made by Honda, especially that switch! Who knows?
