not sure but i know if you get an aftermarket header with a vtec cat you can round out the bolts on the cat and it will bolt to your si exhaust, thats the route im going.

The VTEC downpipe has a different bolt pattern than the Si. You can simply do what Brady mentioned and drill "in" the holes on the downpipe to accomodate the smaller bolt pattern.
