Tranny Trouble

My 92 Si w/4WS is giving me some trouble. I noticed some clicking and feedback on slow and fast turns. I took it in and replaced the driver side axle but it did not solve the problem. Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem similar to this and what the solution is

...If you can give a lil more detail that would help. like exactly what are you doing when you hear this noise, and where is it coming from?

I hear the noise mainly when i am turning the vehicle, it sounds like it's coming from where the drive axles connect to the tranny, but i am not sure, can't be the drive axles tho, just had them replaced today

Passenger side axle? Ripped CV boot? Anything Rubbing? (look for visible scratches on any rotating parts that may move or rub when the wheels are turned)
