Problems getting into all gears is usually a failing clutch.

Clutch could be bad. I had an aftermarket clutch that would hardly allow me to shift after a year or so. I had to replace it with an OEM and it works much better now.

Did you check the master and slave cylinders for leaks?

If those are ok, pump the clutch pedal and have a friend watch the slave to see if it works.

Check your slave cylinder. Pull the boot over the piston back a bit and see if any fluid leaks out. There shouldn't be any fluid in the boot
