tranny problem? help!

Well first off, this is about my accord, and its a 4th gen so i figured maybe in this section i could find help..
Superhonda is where i would ask, but that site is just plan horrible and no help at all

Ok heres the deal... my car has 131,000 miles on it and orig. tranny auto still in it. My friend last week put this high milage liquid in my tranny fluid and stuff in my oil. It did really good stuff to his 80ish volvo with 242k miles on it...so he gave it a try on mine. Well to me the tranny never slipped that much before then, but its been 5 days with no problems untill today.
Well my car drove fine all the way home from school, then i started it up to get to work..and it idle'd horribly at like 600rpm or something, and kinda bounce, and my engine was making a bouncing up and down movement, all the way to my exhaust.
And when i started my car it kinda bounced untill 2500rpm then went smoothly from there on atfer 1st.
So i got to work 10mins later, and my friend took it out to get his friend to look at it. It drove pretty well for my friend..alittle lag in shifting 2nd gear but thats it. His friend said the tranny fluid smelled burnt! He said i could flush it but if the tranny is fine i have a risk of ruining it..
So what should i do?!?! I really dont know where to go about this...guess get it checked my honda?
If anyone can help, please let me know what you think! thanks alot in advance!!
