F22 to H23 freebie swap need advice please

I've been driving an f22 for about 4 years now, yeah I know too damn long. Met up with a guy that has a civic with an H23, and he wants to swap me out straight up. He plans on putting a turbo on a f22 and wants mine. My question to you all is this, would he have had to do anything out of the ordinary to get the h23 into his civic that might mess with putting it back into a lude? Also I've found tons of posts on f22-h22 swaps but not on f22-h23. Should I go ahead and just swap out wiring harnesses as well? I've read that f22 harness doesn't reach some connections all the way? Also he has a fuel rail on it as well but may want to keep it, are these direct swaps, I'm pretty sure they are but I just want to make sure!

Bump, come on fellas I start on this tomorrow. Would the fact that its in a civic matter, or did he have to change anything from the factory settings to get it in the his car?

I only have done a H23a1-->JDM H22a swap but as far as I know as long as you get the complete engine with wiring harness and ECU you should be golden, if you need the ECU I have a spare P14. He most likely will want the wiring harness for the F22a1 so trading harness will be mutually beneficial, he might even want your longer geared transmission since its a lil better when the motor is boosted, I'd see if he wanted to trade that as well.

I mean, maybe I'm being paranoid... but is this someone you can really trust?

Also, are you doing trans swap? To my knowledge, no changes would have been made to the physical block.

Also, a H22 and H23 are the exact same physical block. The difference is stroke and bore. Also, the tops of the motors are slightly different, but in terms of external physical connections the H22 and H23 are the same.
