Tough decision..need some help

i have around $6000 to spend right now and i dont know what to do. i used to have a 1993 honda prelude vtec and i want another one. now im not sure if i should just wait and look around for a VTEC, or if i should just break down and get a Si and swap in a JDM H22. need your opinions. i know some of u might say, its my decision, and i know that. i just wanna know what you guys would do if u were in my situation. thanks

I'd do like a 1994 Si 4WS and do a JDM swap.

thats what i was thinking about. im not sure about the 4ws though. i liked the 93 i had, but i like the interior of the 94 a lot more. the only thing i would miss, is the sub in the back. i know its not a great one, but i loved having it in there. maybe ill just swap it in.

imo....

i'd get a 94 Si.... 4ws... and swap a JDM H22 in there....

i wouldn't want to find a USDM VTEC prelude b/c most (if not all) have high miles on the motors....

I'd get a 94/95 si so u get the nice gauge cluster, center console and other lil things here and there. If the milage was low enough, id boost it. Drop a turbo kit on that h23 and u'll be smoking JDM H22 swaps all day for about the same amount of $. But depends if u want to go the FI route.

^^ I'm inclined to agree with that. Find a low or high mileage S with a good body for cheap, buy the JDM H22 w/LSD and you have a fast prelude which puts power to the ground and also didn't cost you as much as an Si might. Of course if you can find an affordable 4WS, or a 4WS at all, I can definitely see the appeal in that. For the record, I own an Si, and I wish I would've just gone south and found a nice body high mileage S. I could've spent half of what i paid for my Si and immediately have done a swap, whereas now I'm waiting for the day I'll have enough saved to swap.

Hey guys how hard is it to install 4WS in a lude that doesn't have it? I have a 1993 VTEC and I think that would rule if I had 4 wheel steering! Thanks
