Since i have asked this question in many different ways and gotten nowhere, ill just go for the direct approach.

With a fully built head on a short rod H22, what's the Max RPM I could possibly hope for?

Me neither. Our engines aren't exactly as rev happy as, say, a Type R, or pretty much any B series motor.
