just use the USDM ECU.... no governor.

I have the JDM H22A w/ USDM P13 ECU, and I am gear-limited to 140mph. A stock 4th gen can do 140mph. Stock 5th gen can do 143mph, due to longer gear ratio. (Not sure if 143 is drag or gear limited)

the 5th gen is not gear limited, it is drag limited

4th gen vtec is gear limited to 140 as he said
4th gen si is gear limited to 127 or so

I have got my 4th Gen Si up to 140 on the speedo before, so I don't think it is gear limited to 127.
