Tokico HP or KYB GR2

I need to get new shocks. Cant afford adjustables, only KYB Gr2 or Tokico Blues (HP).
I can get them for around the same price, so wonder which ones are better FOR ME.

I have TEIN HTech sprins with which I am very happy with. They are 0.8" lower and 20% uprated. I dont want a lower or harsher spring.

my tokico's feel like stock...but im on 18's with 35 series tires so there is a slight difference compared to stock rims but not much. im dropped 1.5 inches. I love them tokico's all the way.
