tokico blue shocks Vs. Kyb agx's

ok, so i had a pair of Kyb agx's for about three months on my old prelude. I loved because i could corner like a mother, but did not like the softer settings of the agx's (i always kept them on the 3rd setting, one away from harshest). Now i have a newer car and need shocks in a bad way. Will tokico blues equate to the kyb's on the 3rd setting? or should i just spend the extra cash and get the Kyb's. Please remember i am on a budget so i cant afford koni yellows.

thanks
jeremiah
