Timing belts instructions

Can someone post or send me the instructions on changing the timing belt from a helms or a honda service manual?

I think I have a scan of that already... the scans are up at vgmidi.com/~jrc/93preludemanual

I think 6-59 to 6-67 is for the H23 and 6-107 to 6-114 for the H22
