Timing belt / water pump replacement price?

It's about time to replace my timing belt/water pump. about what price did yall pay for this? Just curious. And about how long did you go before changing it? I have been ~91k miles since it was changed last

i paid for oem parts (150 ish?)

and i did the labor with the help of some friends.

i remember honda wanting 600 for the whole shebang. so anywhere between 150-600 is normal

Honestly, it's a lot better to do it yourself if you have the tools and time. Even small shops will charge you around $350-$500. With the tools, you'll might even come close to that price, but they come in to good use later on. Here is the thread for all the OE parts, which are practically the same thing. i have the tools (for the most part) but something about doing the timing belt turns me off
