Timing belt & water pump for f22b

i am gettinga hard time get parts for my f22b engine ... I was to replace my timing belt and since i am at it .. i was also thinking of replacing

- water pump
- new tensioner
- balancer belt
- three oil seals
- Valve Cover Gasket
- timing belt

i need ur help guys .. i have gone to the dealership but they dont seem to have parts for JDM f22b. My questions is... since f22b is similar to h23 .. can i just get parts that are used for h23 ? if not can anyone plz tell me the part number for all the parts that i have listed. I just want to make sure i have the right parts before i take it o my mechanic to get the work done ...

One of the shop i went to had timing belt for f20A with 126 teeth and part number is 14400-PT2-004 and he had water pump as well .. 19200-PTO-003. According to the guy these parts are also for f22b .. any suggestions ... ???

thanks
wasif
