Timing belt change

I am going to be replacing my Timing belt. And I am also putting a H22 Head on a H23 bottom end for a friend here real soon. I was wondering if you guys wanted a detailed write up with lots of pics and piointers for the harder spots?

I think a detailed write up with images and a parts list on the h23vtec would be very nice

I think a few of the vendors on honda-tech sell the PE belts (someone here can probably get you one also).

Are these special timing belts really any better than stock honda parts? There ARE some parts that just can't be beaten, when it comes to certain stock honda parts.
