timing belt

How much on average does getting a timing belt change for a h22 in Toronto cost?
I have to change the tension pulley for my prelude (about the same labor as changing a timing belt) and got quoted $250…

That's really low. Normal dealership costs are around $700ish - $1200ish.

I got the job done for $125... plus about $100 for the parts... it takes time... about 1-2 hrs after the car is cool

I think the hardest part is getting the damn timing belt on.

thats a pretty low price for doing a timing belt job.
