time to change battery terminals

so i have a 93, and the positive terminal is loose, no matter how tight i get it. the result is the car not starting when i want it to. i have to wiggle it around sometimes to start it. i think i am going to go ahead and replace the ground wires, terminals, and maybe the main positive wire too. any suggestions on where to get the wire, what size, and most importantly, what kind of terminals to get?

thanks,
jonathan

p.s. - this has been covered but not the part about the terminals.

Just measure the length and get them from advance/discount auto. I'm pretty sure that the terminals are standard across the board. By the way you can wrap some wire around the terminal and then put the wire back on as a temporary fix, I've even used a gum wrapper.

i did have aluminum foil on there, i may get out this afternoon and put more than 1 layer of foil on there. i had an idea to lay a couple of drops of solder in different places to solder the connectore to the battery because it keeps happening, but would this necessarily be a bad idea considering that solder is 'easily' removed?
