Throw out or input shaft?...Transmission issues!

Hello everyone, I'm having some transmission issues with my 4th gen...
Whenever I'm driving in first or second gear (mostly first) it sounds like something is chattering around inside my transmission. Not so much while accelerating but more while slowing down. The chattering in first gear is pretty obvious, even with the windows up. No problems shifting or anything (other then the odd small issue getting into reverse). At idle there is a very slight whirring noise that goes away when I fully press in the clutch.

Now I have had a car that had a bad throwout bearing and had all the symptoms (constant whining noise until clutch is to the floor), but i do not remember any chattering noises coming from the transmission.

Anyways I hope someone can help me out...Maybe somebody who's had the same problem?

Thanks!

when i'm shifting in the first gears something makes a chattering noise or like metals were in touch...
its also having problems shifting, most in first and reverse, and sometimes i put the gear and i feel that it is in, but when i take the clutch out it wasnt all in...

i havent changed the trans fluid (i have 1 year and 7 months with the car, and probably the previous owner never changed it), but thinking about to change it, and see if it can solve the problems..? that could be the cause of my problems?

LMAO.
My transmission is making those noises as of late, but it seems tempermental. I would think if your throw out bearing was bad, the pedal would feel harder. is your clutch assembly stock?

Yeah everything is stock on the car. Well I think I'm going to end up taking out the transmission when I park it for the winter, I'll probably upgrade to a higher performance clutch and lighter flywheel too. If it is the input shaft bearing then I've been told that the transmission would have to be taken apart to get to it, which is beyond my abilities for sure :P
Thanks for the replies everyone
