For those that want the Electro Gauges....I got an idea....

ok, I have a spare Electro Gauge for the 94 and up VTEC model...Ive tried selling this thing but no one wants it, because the RPM needle is busted...previous owner screwed with it.

Anyway, you cant buy JUST the needle assembly (# 27) by itself from honda, so i was thinking, if your really technical, you can swap the needle assembly with your current gauge cluster and see if that works. Its worth a try. If you tryto swap the needle by itself you my screw the calibration

Another issue is the Odometer, i swapped the odometer chip with the one i got in the junk yard, because the junkyard one had like 100k miles, and it was the right thing to do, so youll have to keep track of your miles. But I think you can get a new one from honda #3

If you have a Si with a H22A swap, this might work for you guys....

heres a pic with the needle assembly circled

If you look closely, # 27 is a screw. To get just the needle you dont have to buy the whole assembly, but there are a few more pieces. I will look it up tomorrow at work and also give prices. I have JDM EL gauges sitting at work and want to put them in my car, but im not sure how to wire them. Does anyone have instructions?

yes you are correct, thats why you cant buy just the needle and the housing, I asked honda myself before going to the junkyard hehe

you cant wire them in, you have to have the whole in dash harness...and the control box as well, as well as the dimmer relay to get it all to work, i did the conversion, but i sold my guages to dangerzone...peace
