thinking of swapping to an h22

I just got my car paid off and im thinking of swaping from my h23 to a jdm h22. My question is how much HP will i make by adding a CAI, headers, exhaust, new pulleys, and a VAFC? Also what brands would be the best?

hMMmm, unless you are having problems with your h23a or it has high mileage, most ppl would say its not worth it...

But I think it is!

With the mods you've listed, and correct tuning I would say you would make anywhere from 180-200whp.

with those mods you would be lucky to hit 180 whp, i would guess in the mid 170's.

TURBO!!! If you want more power build the h23, you can get more power for less money. But if you want the "wheeeee!" factor as tommy says, get VTEC.

okay, tommy didnt like that comment too much. But seriously, VTEC is different from non-vtec. Its your personal preference. Even though i am all "Mr F22B", i would take VTEC in a heartbeat if i had the chance.
