Thinking of going wingless..thoughts?

I used to think not having any sorta wing looked pretty wack , like atleast have the stock one..but more and more I've been leaning towards no wing at all, seen it a few times and thin it looks good...I think it might make the car a little more mean looking, and if i get the kit I plan on getting...might add to a lower, wide look

But I got weird taste, I can go for one extreme of liking no wing or if i got a aftermarket one, could easily go for one of the LOW Aluminum or black ones..weird huh

Anyways, thoughts on no wing..

well in my opinion...

..i am bored as hell of my stock spoiler so i bought the APR GT-I wing and i am waiting for it to be shipped here, see the thing is when you get used to something a lot, change is good, but what you like might not be what anyone else likes, ya know...? beauty is in the eye of the beholder, personally i think your car looks hot. if you put on an aluminum wing it would look hotter, and if you took off the wing you'd have that sleek, sly look ya know...?? anyways dude what i am trying to say here, i think, is why don't you experiment?
see what you like, try something new for a day and see the reactions or see what you like...
and to that other dude without a wing, i am selling mine for $80...
Peace
Jose

Personally, i ay keep the stock wing, I bought my lude without one, and bought a uased stock wing off of someone. IMO the oem wing is the best looking spoiler.

that's exactly what I did too, to me it looked funny without, well, on my fresco blue anyway. I've seen a couple black ludes without spoilers that looked sharp.

In my opinion, I would keep the stock spoiler. To me for some reason I think it looks weird without a spoiler. Just my opinion though.

Lose it

Looks cleaner without, though you gotta beauty there

Obviously, you have to remember that they do very little if nothing at all, you'll see on the new BMW3's there's only a tiny spoiler, so people are moving away from them - but please don't spoil your car with a daft huge wing!!!

Look what happened to this innocent NSX NOOOOOOOOO!

Its all about personal preference.....

..like i said a million times, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" as long as i like it and i am happy, is what all that really matters, everything else are just "opinions"

i've just had my wing shaved. still haven't gotten the car back but hopefully this week. i'll post my pics as well.

i kinda have a nascar stance going. no wing, no rear kit for the high ass. then i have rs side skirts and a vis front which is pretty low. i've noticed that without the wing i get a little too much lift for my comfort at about 90-100 which i didn't have before. under that i dont really notice anything. after i go longer with my wingless prelude i'll decide if i want to utilize a small valence piece that will extend 1.5-2" off the rear and curve up. not huge but im told should be sufficient for the little downforce i'd like.

i have a friend with the supercharged t-bird and he has the same style valence wing but much much bigger. i took a ride with him and as crazy as he is he took a jump and actually caught air. the ass went down almost immediately and he was only going 70-80. but enough to make me almost sh*t my pants

i dont really know where i was going with this or if i've helped or hurt your decision but anywho...

funny I just put the oem spoiler on today, it was clean w/out it but I felt the body needed a little zest on the back since all I'm putting on is the WW front lip. Thats why I was gonna color match my old altezzas..needs a little zest out back
