Hmmm... i dont' think anyone can tell you if its a good deal or not, its not really that easy.... You have to judge for yourself, or get someone you know who is technical in that way and tell if its a good deal. Make sure you go over everything on the car, check for rust the usual stuff.
Unless you show us detailed pictures of the car, thers no real way to tell you if its a good deal or not by price alone.
You could say its $1 and 95 lude vtec 5 speed 1 mile on the odo , and it could be a junker,,,
just check the interior and all...under the floormats especially. when i was looking i almost bought one, but checked under the floormat just before signing a paper and it turned out there was a HUGE hole in the floor straight to the ground...it wasn't rusted or anything, just a big hole right in the floor. strange? i think so

That's a good price if it's an Si. Make sure to check that everything works properly and take it for a test drive. Usually the owners of the car they are selling will let you take it out for a quick spin, if they don't then they might be hiding something such as odometer fraud. Good luck.
i payed $3500 for my 93 si with 90K miles... granted it had the common AC problem, needed new rotors, and master brake, and a few minor rust spots, the overall car was in good condition and i think i got a reasonable deal.
Now my next question a matter of personal opinion. I don't really need this car. I have an old 5th gen prelude and a new eclipse that i can't mod because of warranty issues. I'm just bored of not being able to mod the eclipse, and the 5th gen is pretty much built up as much as I had planned and plan to autocross it only. So I'm just looking for a beater to tinker with. Not looking for money pit, ie. too many problems/repairs etc. Would you get it in my position? and would I still be able to sell it for a profit or at least break even if I changed my mind in the end?
You won't have to worry about the problems/repairs on this one. Great shape. I stopped short of getting the Spoon lip and Kamanari sides. Thats all it needs now. I'm in only in Virginia Beach.
