whats the website
He made mine for $100 shipped. I dont even know the guy!
A testpipe for an ODB1 car wont effect the engine at all, there is no O2 sensor after the cat, the ECU doesnt care or even know about it for that matter.
You will NOT pass smog in ANY state. You will fail the visual inspection and most likely the sniffer test depending on the state regulations.
yeah i emailed them the other day havent heard back from them yet.. also i called and got some lady on the line that had no clue what i was talking about when i asked her if i could order one for a 93 honda prelude si vtec
Testpipe is a I put one on my ford probe Se along with 2.25 catback and intake and it did absolulty nothing but made my exhuast sound like complete ****! I had also gutted my cat before that and it felt like i lost performance! Leave your cat on bro, some backpressure is good, and you won't have the raspiest sound when you acclerate or a loud deep drone when cruising at 55 mph

I think it will fit, the motor has nothin to do with the cat. Im pretty sure all the 4th gen cat bolts are the same pattern, someone correct me if im wrong, but i wouldnt see why it would be different.

The air thing is not used on our cars. The model I'm getting is the 2.25 inch roundbody carsound one. It's about $87 shipped, not bad considering it's high flow and keeps the car legal. Then install is about $50.
