This is what is questionable an i want to know if any of this is worth it.

* spoon Headgasket
* higher compression pistons if so i need more info
* aftermarket rods
* Port an Polish Head ( how much an what kinda gains are to be expected with the above stuff an basic bolt ons?)
* Ferra valves?
* valve guides worth the expense


OH an if you would please give me the avegae cost for some of these parts.

Well not to sound obnoxious.. Search for recent posts by ME.. a1andres.. I have asked the SAME questions concerning almost the same exact set-up..

I am saying this cause there are about 3-4 threads with TONS of info on them..
