Tanabe SMH Hyper exhaust

any thoughts? I been scouting for a new exhaust system mainly for sound...quiet and discrete is what i m looking for...quite like the apexi and the rsr

my previous thread was about the apexi ws2...

http://preludeonline.com/showthread....exi+ws+4th+gen

The conclusion of this thread was that the apexi piping is just too low for preludes...specially ludes like mind which are really low...I read stories about 5th gen people with holes in their ws systems due to scrapping.

I been looking for an RSR cause i heard they arent as low as apexi, but no luck on that side...

So an alternative would the the Tanabe SMH Hyper...I have been reading a few good comments, but not enough to make me lean for it...Tanabe has descripting information on their site, and even show pictures of the making of the exhauts...

http://tanabe-usa.com/exhausts/medalionhyper.asp

if anyone has comments, knows someone with this exhaust system on a 4th gen, please post comments and suggestions.

thx

I have a hyper on my 4th gen. I havent lowered it yet though. The tanabe website gives clearance for their cat-backs. I have owned the Apexi WS in the past but a friend of mine bought a hyper and i fell in love with it. It looks very nice and out of all the muffs and cat backs ive had on my vehicles in the past, this is my favorite. If you ask me you can't beat the looks. It is a straight through design like an N1 style muffand it isn't very loud. Its got a nice sound to it. by far the best looking.
