you mean the corner lights...of course..it's possible..u want help to remove them..here's how...take out the bumper lights first..then unscrew the screw of the corner light...here's the tricky part..get a flat screwdriver and put ur hand inside the bumper (where u just took out the bumper lights)...look and find a bolt clip that is a snap in with the corner..then use the scredriver to pry and the corner will snap off the clip...then it's a piece of cake..hope that helps
You missed the point of the question........Can I take it apart??? You know, like taking the plastic piece apart and possibly painting the inside of it?

ah I see...APART..whoops....answer looks like no...I would assume the after marker euro one yes..cuz those are dinky anyways....but...with the oem stanleys..i dunnos..risky..but you could try the hair dryer method and see if you can heat the adhesive and take the sidemarker apart...
