Could someone please let me know the best way to install an aftermarket tach? I searched but there really isnt any good installation instructions for the 4th Gen. It's a Ractive Tach. Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks.
Well theres going to be three main wires, power, ground and tach. Basically find a 12V source to hook up power to, ground the other to a good metal source this is important, and you can get the tach signal from the blue wire off the distributor

Shadowz is correct about the wires needed....I wired my power to my radio and used the wire from behind the gauges to run the Tach...i believe it was the blue and silver wire...I just tapped into it. Then just find a good ground. Pretty straight forward. Have fun.
