^^ it'll feel very notchy when you shift into that respective gear, it may even grind depending on how fast you're shifting. If that's what you're experiencing, you can avoid most of the grind by double clutching --> clutch in, shift to neutral, clutch out, blip the throttle to approximately where your tach will fall on the next gear, clutch in, shift to next gear, clutch out, drive on. It's tedious on up shifts, but when the transmissions still cold mine synchros are especially unhappy, and i made the mistake of using really thing synthetic MTF, so until I mix it with some synchromesh, I double clutch to avoid excessive wear.
