how many of you guys have switches in the little pop out pieces of the center console next to the e-brake? From the backing on those things i dont see how you can make a cut out in them to fit anything than a simple little silver pole switch.
Anyone have pictures of what they did?
Does anyone make a button that fits nicely in there?

what I did was buy a screw in switch, one with threads all the way to the top, and drill some small holes in the plastic peice. To install the switch I just screwed it in!
ive looked everywhere i can think of to find something that fits right in and come up empty as well other than factory fog switch and that sorta thing.
if you dremel off the plastic walls on the back side to make room for a switch to fit through then you lose the clasping in part and it just sits there, soooooo i'm trying to figure out a way to make my own mount piece to fit around any switch to go in there rather than that plastic clip thats already there but can't seem to make anything that looks good. (yes, i'm anal about my car)

Canadian models with heated seats have the seat heater buttons there
haha, believe it or not i've contemplated buying stock buttons such as fogs and heated seats and i think power mirrors might go there too... and then rewiring them to do what i want... expensive switches though
