switch Start Ignition

My key has been getting stuck in the crank position lately and its making that horrible sound. It takes me like a minute to get it unstuck and while doing so its making that sound. I talked to a guy that said i can either raplace it or he can make it where you flip a switch kinda like the s2000 to start it. He said the switch would only cost about 10 bucks from a parts store and would be a lot cheaper than replacing it. Should i do this or not guys?

Hey,

I recently installed the S2000 start button in my lude. I got it from this place

http://www.cargear.itctv.com/c/carge...egoryID=274026
The install is pretty simple. You could prolly just get one for www.Hondaautomotiveparts.com and get a relay.

HTH,

J

Ummm, well if it was just a button for starting how would you turn on your accessories and also shut it Down?

Instead of turning the key to the start position, you would use the button.

ie: Key in, turn 1 click for ACC, 1 more click for RUN then push the button to start.
