Switch from hubs to alloy

I have a 94 S. I have the original wheels on it now with the hub caps. I traded a guy my back leather seats for some stock alloy wheels. I was wondering if I need to do anything other than just swapping them out. They dont have tired on them yet so ill get that done and have them balance them when they put them, but do I need new lug nuts or anything else that im forgetting. They also have a little bit of curbing on them and I wanted to know peoples opinion on trying to fix that myself ( before I get tires) or taking them and getting it done, and how much might that cost. Sorry if there is already another posting on this, I searched and this is my first post. thanks in advance.

Nothing you need to do other than get some tires for them and mount / balance.

I wouldn't worry about fixing them up, they're stock rims. It might cost more than you want to get them repaired.

What about new lug nuts? And if so could someone recommend where to get them and how much I should expect to pay. If not thanks.

The stock lug nuts should work fine, although after checking Majestic Honda the part number seems to be different. All of the alloy wheels use Part #23 in this picture and the steel wheels use Part #22.

I would just worry about the lug nuts after you get the tires mounted and balanced. If you go to try to put them on, and the lug nuts don't work for some reason, just put your stock steel wheels back on. Then you can order some lug nuts or go down to your local Honda dealer and pay about $8 a piece.
