Swap Problems

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 94 JDM H22A TO PUT IN MY 95 SI AND I COMPLETED THE SWAP PLUGGED IN A P13 ECU (PRELUDE VTEC) AND MY REDLINE HASNT CHANGED ITS STILL AT 6500 RPM NO VTEC IS WORKING EITHER COULD IT BE BECAUSE I DIDNT SWAP THE DISTRIBUTOR? BUT WHEN I PLUG IN A P28 CIVIC OR A P72 GSR IT REDLINES AT THE RIGHT RPM 7200 AND 8200 RESPECTIVELY CAN ANYONE HELP ME

I think its caused the CAPS LOCK KEY IS ON.

Does VTEC engages with the P28 or P72 ECU? If so you might wanna try another P13 ECU maybe the one you have isn't working right...

your ecm and distributor have to be the same for optimum performance.

Well I'm not sure when the SI's were wired for VTEC but maybe it's because you don't have the 3 VTEC wires hooked up.

Distributor doesn't matter as long as it's properly wired, also yeah you need to wire the VTEC solenoid and Oil pressure switch... but is your VTEC working with the P28 or P72 ECU?
