suspension problem

hey guys need a little help on diagnosing a problem with my suspension........when im going below 30 and hit any kind of bump my steering wheel will kinda shake like im losing control of the car...this mostly happens when the front passenger wheel hits a bump it makes a noise like somethings loose and hitting what can that be? also when im going between 40 and 60 my steering wheel will shake pretty hardback and forth (right and left) i need to find out what this could be asap let me know.....originally thought it was the axles but could be wrong thanks guys!

wheels balanced ? no play in the actual rims?

could also be blown shocks

Wheel balancing being off is only noticed at high speeds. If the steering wheel moves like that it could be the tie rod ends, jack the car up and inspect the suspension for worn parts. Wheel bearing being totally shot can cause the wheels to shake as well.
