i have a 1992 honda prelude SI (h23A1) and it just recently started creaking really bad on both sides in the front. It is completely stock! I took the OEM front shocks from my '93 lude SI and put them on...it is still creaking REALLY BAD. anyone have any ideas? i already bought the CV joint for the drivers side (yes i know its bad) but i dont want to replace it until i figure out what else is wrong. here are some pics, and i hope this helps!!! the creaking is coming from both sides!
needless to say my car wasnt making any noises until i drove the mean streets of Indianapolis, Indiana. Pot holes, cracks, road gone, LOL. hit some potholes really hard and shortly after the noise started
when is it creaking? turning? over bumps? from the pics, your sway bar endlink bushings are cracked but other than that i can't really see anything too wrong (cv boot)
