Suppose I did this

Suppose the only motor I can find is an F22B. Could I put just the motor in and everything else run fine?

Motor

I have a 1993 Si (Silver, of course) that looks like new. The only engine I could find is a JDM F22? motor. I have to call the guy and get some more details on it. The Accord JDM F series is a VTEC, right? It's the F22A if I am not mistaken.... No, my car has not been run since January 12. I am getting mad about it.

the f22a came in the prelude. it was a SOHC non vtec.

you can find aa better engine then that. That would be a down grade for you. i think the f22b was the JDM one with Vtec but i dont remember

shhh, all of you quiet down before you hurt yourselves. The F22B was in the 4th gen JDM Prelude "Si" model. It was DOHC, NON-VTEC with 160 HP and 14X lbft of torque. I think it would be very close to the USDM H23, however, the slight reduction of torqur may slow you down a miniscule bit. Also, I don't know what parts you'd have to use. H23? F22a? I really don't know. Also, another problem you may run into is the wiring harness and also smog sensors. I don't know whether or not these will cause you any problems...

The accord f23 vtec is 150hp. So that wouldn't be that bad as long as you dont plan on keeping it.
