Sunroof doesn't work. Wiring where?

So I was messing around with a mess of wires bundled up underneath my steering column from the last kids horrible alarm system setup; and now my sunroof doesn't open/close. I looked over the forums, but searching for sunroof wiring didn't come up with a lot. I drive a 94 SI.

Everything else in the car works...fuses are okay. I was curious about a single wire I ripped out though.

Where would the wiring for the sunroof be found? I took out a green wire from underneath the kick panel on my driver's side. It didn't look attached to anything, so out it came. Other than that, I didn't mess with much else, since I didn't understand the wiring.

Any incite would be hugely appreciated.

If you didnt understand the wiring why would you pull wires out that you didnt know what they were for? I would have figured its a grounding issue, as some of my friends have had a bad ground be cause for the roof and also other electrical stuff not working, but if you just pulled out a green wire, put it back see if that fixes it?

Well what I meant by pulling out a wire was that it was connected to a relay where the connectors were breaking off or not even connected to anything else. Since I'm fairly new to cars just in general, I got to messing around today and saw that I could pull off the black rear portion of the interiors roofing, and low and behold, there was two green wires with stripes.

They weren't the wire I was talking about; that one goes somewhere under my rear seats to god knows what.

I clicked the sunroof button and heard a relay click. So it had power. There were two relays by my left foot at the end of the kick panel by the fuse box. I saw two wires from the main harness that matched those on the roof. I saw one go into one relay, the other into the second. I just put two and two together, and plugged an unplugged wire into a relay, and VOILA.

So long story mad short...I'm retarded.

But thank you for responding lol. FYI electrical work scares me, because I don't understand it, so I'll make sure to do more poking around before I ask a question.
