Suggested Catback exhausts?

i'm getting my ehaust replaced... cause the one i have has a hole in both the resonator and the exhaust pipe.... what the hell right?

so i've got around 600 dollars to throw down... i don't really want to spend that much if it's not necessary (i'm not trying to make it a race car)

i just need something that somewhat modest in tone (not anything that will attract the law), and helps boost hp a bit.

all i'm doing right now is timing belt, and exhaust.. leaks aren't anything i'm going to be able to afford atm.

okay so i checked that thread...
i'm not about to pay 2k for a custom exhaust lol. i don't care about HP that much tbh.
i just don't want another stock exhaust cause imo they look ugly.

i'm honestly thinking ebay, then slapping myself for it.. just cause i don't want to end up with a ridiculously loud exhaust

You won't be disappointed with the RSR exmag. Quieter than stock while cruising, then stomp on it and people will think an aston martin is coming.

do they have an RSR Ex-Mag cat-back for an H23? will the H22 one bolt right up to the H23 manifold/downpipe?

I like my Skunk2 Mega Power. It sounds awsome, but i also have a magnaflow high flow cat and a dc header. It sounds very deep and growly.

okay you tell me which one sounds better
YouTube - Honda prelude WS2 exhaust Apexi WS2
or
YouTube - Honda Prelude Greddy Evo 2 Catback GREDDY EVO2

my opinion the apexi ws2 sounds better and isnt as loud or high pitched

and magnaflows do sound nice (: heard one on a stock civic very low and mean!

What's other peoples' opinions matter for?

Get what you like. If off-the-shelf is what you want, get what you like.

I don't think Magnaflow makes an exhaust though do they? Just mufflers that you need piping for?

For a catback, RS*R, WSP2, or Thermal are your best, quiet, choices.

For something possibly cheaper, and possibly making more power you could run custom pipe back to a Vibrant black muffler. I've heard they sound pretty awesome too.
