Stupid newbie question.

You know the dimmer switch in a 4th gen? When you roll it all the way forward to the point where it clicks is that supposed to turn on the dome light? Just curious cause I know its like that in alot of other cars but if the same is true for Preludes, well mine just aint working properly. It dims the dash lights and all but no dome light after the click.

I don't think so...I thought the click was to insure the brightest output of light of the dashboard?

you can get the brightest output without making it click.

When you turn on the parking/headlights the interior lights will stay on fully lit at highest output if you make the dimmer switch click. If you don't make it click....the dash lights will instantly dim as soon as you turn on the exterior lights. Hope you can understand that....if not.....sorry
