Stupid 4'th gen: I couldn't give this car away if I tried

Quick question for those who got rid of their 4'th gens.. Would it be better to sell my car for $3,000 or part it out.. if I'm not going to see 3K then I'll just sell it cheap.. I'm sick of having it around I have 4 cars 1 on the way.. must go ASAP. Thousands of $$ updating it, new parts. Check engine light is on, probably for bad 02 sensor. I dont even care to go look, I'm sick of the car just sitting there I never use it.

WHAT TO DO? I'm frustrated, and I work to much to have the time to try and properly sell the vehicle.. I cant keep showing people the car, because everybody joy rides and doesnt purchase. Wont have any more of that.

What sucks about parting cars out, is you dont get your $$, and you lose even more $$ on shipping heavy items. Nothing desirable is small usually.

parting out might make more money, but it seems like the "monetary" cost-benifit to parting it out would take more man power than it's worth....
anything u want to sell me tho? haha

The thing is, I dont even care much for the $$ really.. I just want someone to enjoy the vehicle like I did.. I dont have the time to part it out, I would take days off work to tear the thing apart though if everybody keeps backing out on the sale.

I highly doubt anybody else would sell, or anybody could find a vehicle like mine for even close to my price. I am just angry that It's been so diffacult to sell the thing.

If I do get crazy and part it out, 100% of parts will become available.

I would sell it, it seems people parting out cars have little success selling anything but the most commonly needed parts. That and I hate to see that nice of a 4th gen stripped apart. I would buy it if I had the money and room for another project, but I've got my plate kinda full right now. Have you put it on ebay yet? Or honda-tech or absoluteprelude?

I try to buy it earlier this year from you, but instead you went and invested more money into it that your now kinda crying about not being able to get out... Seems like you kinda put yourself in this position.

If you are really not interested in the money, you could always go back to asking $1995 for it. Just a thought.

IF you replace the O2 and fix the CEL then it will sell a lot easier. you could list it for more than that too

I know, its my fault.. I kept dumping thousands of $$ into it, and ended up loving the car. I just cant keep 5 vehicles, my brother may be giving me 2 more. Haha, I have a parking lot of used cars.

I put it up on ebay, It started at $1.00

the check engine light is a piece of cake to shut off, the new knock sensor comes with the car. the 02 sensor might be bad by now, but I dont know .. anyway its on ebay, no linking allowed here i guess?

search for it.. the title is " 1995 Prelude SE 5 speed "

I had it for sale for such low prices, but people thought it was a POS because of the low price. If I said it was $6,000 would people be all over it? lol probably.

Anyway.. ebay ebay ebay folks, go search and find it. My user name is InfernoSXT02 if that helps.

Yay. It's up to like $2,100 .. Who ever buys this better NOT flake out, or I'll break their neck.
