i was woundering if any one had some information on stroking a h22a1 like how to do and what are the real bennifits of doing it thanks guys

1. If you need information like that, I think you are in way over your head.

2. Be prepared to spend a good chunk of change. Thousands of dollars.

3. Search, there are definatly people that have done it before but aren't going to just spoon feed this amount of information.
