Strange brake feel...after driving for awhile

So my brakes start off fine, however after driving in city traffic for awhile, 30 minutes or greater, they start getting spongy and the brake pedal wants to go all the way to the floor. However it does come back up, but just doesn't inspire much confidence. I did put in brand new brakes, rotors, and fluid about 12K miles ago...so I've got plenty of life in them.

Any one have an idea on what it could be causing this strange brake pedal feel on my 94 vtec?

Air in the line either from improper bleeding, leak or bad master cylinder. Why replace rotors when you can have them turned?

I don't seem to have any leakage associated with brake fluid and the brakes were done ~2 years ago and this issue just came about. As for why I replaced the rotors, I figured after turning them twice already and the fact I got some brembos for about $25 each, it was worth it

If the master cyliner was going bad, wouldn't I have fluid leaking somewhere?

Not always but lay on the floor and look up above your pedals where the push rod comes through the firewall, it could be leaking there, running down under the carpet and you'd never know.
