Stock resonator?

I had a "friend" install an intake for me a while back, but I think he left the stock resonator on. How much would this affect my horsepower with the aftermarket intake already in?

None, you just have a little extra weight hangin around in the fender.

Really, how much weight actually? Would u recommend taking it out??

I would reccomend taking it out because it is doing absolutly nothing. It doesn't weigh that much, maybe a few pounds.

prolly weighs like 2 pounds

from the looks of it, u can probably somehow adapt it to be a bong or maybe a bird feeder?

on a more serious note: do you remover your fender or do you remove your front lip or both in order to gain access to you resantor

Remove the fender liner under the passenger side quarter panal.

yea, in that area. u might wanna remove the right blinkers too cuz there is this one nut (or bolt, i forgot) thats somewhere behind it

that was y project of the day and i got it completed a few hours ago i just put a skrew in the vaccum hose leading to the butterfly flap after i removed it right?

well, u can do that, or u can also take off all the vacuum tubing associated with the resonator and cap off the vacuum line at the TB.

just clears up the engine bay a little bit

Yeah Ghettoride I just replied to your PM...like I said cut the hose back to the throttle body and plug it like G_loc says above.
