Stock header leaking...upgrade?

Hey guys,

I am having issues with my stock header on my 4th gen, it's starting to leak and it will need to be changed soon, you can smell some exhaust fumes from inside the car on occasion. It is leaking right before the catalytic, the cat itself is fine. My car has a bone stock H23 engine right now and I don't really plan on doing any big mods in the future. My question is, should I replace the stock header with another stock header, or should I upgrade? I don't see myself getting more than 5hp out of it since my exhaust is stock. I can get locally either a Hedman or a DC Sports 4-2-1 header, so these are my main choices. I also don't want my car to be loud, especially if I'm just cruising on the highway or in the city.

Any opinions or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.
