Still getting water in my trunk. Need help

Im getting water in my trunk only on the passenger side around the area of the antenna. My antenna is shaved so thats not the problem. The seal is good and i have the sunroof drain all plugged up if thats what that hose is on that side. Could it be clogged?? I need to figure this out i ve checked everything i could think of its causing really bad rear quarter rust.

Check the rain gutters inside the edge of the trunk for debris that could be keeping water from flowing out properly. Also check for clogs in the sunroof drain tubes that run down either side of the rear window inside the car under the headliner.

Do you have rust on the rear fender(s)?
If you have, that can cause water entering the trunk when driving on a rainy day.
Have you tried to pour water on the antenna, and watched on the inside if water came through?
Are the tail light gaskets alright?

i had the same problem, and it took a while to find it, i think i ended up striping the interior and putting a hose on the roof on full blast. turned out it was the drain tubes from the sunroof like redsi suggested. 16 years of washington weather filled the tube about 1/2 a foot up the tube with dirt and all sorts of crap

go to a cheap party store or hit up a friend that partys alot and get a smoke machine. it will show any place water could get in. Place it in the trunk and run the cord from the back seat turn it on and look for smoke also works great for finding bad weather seals or wind noise at high speeds.

the smoke machine is smart. I should try it, my old prelude use to have moisture leak in but i replaced all the seals and rubbers stuff so it was all gravy. Where is the sunroof tube thing located??? I think ive seen it before but not sure

^ go into the trunk and take out the right and left vertical molded carpet pieces (the ones that cover the wheel wells). if you look to the right there will be 2 metal walls. the one closest to you is the part of the frame and the one behind is the back side of the quarter panel. fish around between those two walls with a flashlight and there should be a hose about 1/2 inch diameter connected to a stubby black thing that is plugged into the quarter panel. same goes with the left side. the other end (the one that is connected to the sunroof) is pretty easy to get to, just pop the large plastic panel off of the part of the headliner that connects to the rear windshield. the hoses connect to the left and right corners of the sunroof tray.

yes they are, you could either part one out of an older 4th gen that has one in better condition, hit up a hardware store and try and match the tubing, or if you want to send a bit more money on the actual honda part go here: Honda Automotive Parts

no tubing as far as i know, but if you keep getting leaks i would probably assume it is the windows or weather stripping that is either cracked or torn.
