Sticky gauges after pull apart

Ok I have a 94f22 prelude my problem is after pulling my cluster apart cause I was changing colors of my gauges and temp and fuel I pulled the neadls of off the gauge cluster to pull the face plate and after putting them back in they stick I can pull them back a little and they work for all of five seconds then stick again us there something I am missing any help would b great I need to get this fixed asap cause I don't want to get a speeding ticket and if I buy a new cluster I will have to wait on shipping cause I have the only prelude in town atleast four g there is other 3three g but that wont help me any

Still having the problem installed a tach but inly helps me so much with my predicament

Pulling needles out of the gauge cluster is dangerous. It's usually the fastest way to ruin a cluster completely. Sorry.

Ya that's what I was figuring so than my next question is any one know whare I can get a spedomiter that will work in my lude not a stock one one like the universal Rachomiters that you can by im going to gut my stock cluster and do a invisible cluster when I turn it on
