Why do you want hotter?
ZFR6F-11 is stock heat range. Change the 6 to a 7 for one step colder.

Hotter=greater chance of detonation and minimal gains.

Advance your timing a few degrees instead. Proven power gains from that.
I run +3* when I run N/A, and -3* when I spray, and thats with colder plugs.

Just dont go out of stock Honda timing, which is +/- 2 degrees from 15. We tested it on the dyno, back to back, and anything above that hurt power.

This in theory doesn't make sense, because the hotter plugs would cause more compression.

higher the compression ratio more chance of detonation thats why you have to start using higher octane rated gas for higher compression ratio'ed engines... i think thats right i dont' have any experience with this in real life but this is what i gathered from the research i've done...

should be a heat range of 5. Napa should have a big sheet with all of the plug part numbers on it. try a bkr5e
