steering wheel fart

Does anyone know whatn this is? Recently, when i turn the wheel when i moving like under 5mph the steering wheel will make a fart noise.

That would be your ABS turning on. If you notice it only does it once after you start the car once you go over 5MPH.

Not the buzzing noise, i know of that, this is a noise that will a happen even if the car has been on. It sounds like the power steering belt is rubbing or something.

Do you have stock sized rims? If you have larger rims it is probably the tires rubbing.
