Steering/Alignment/Balance Problems

Okay, i have Nitto NT450's on the back (now) and Goodyear Eagle GT-1's on the front. (Please no comments about the tired, i am about to get new ones) I took my car to get the tires balanced and rotated. The steering wheel seems to vibrate even at slow speeds, yet it is smooth at 100+ mph. When I brake the steering wheel pulls HARD to the right. When i am going straight and i let go of the wheel, it pulls to the right. I have had it aligned twice in the past year and it did not help one bit. A weeks after the alignment, it started again. Now someone told me it was balance (NO!) then someone told me alignment (NO!), then someone told me about the rotors. Is this a BIG possibility?

These could be the symptoms why the car is pulling: breaks are worn out causing uneven breaking pressure or siezing, allignment, poor tires; worn out unevenly and uneven tire pressure.

If you had the allignment done and the car still pulls to the right, than ask your allignement shop why it's doing that since you just had it alligned, if they can't do it right you should get your money back.

i tried that, they realigned it, it was fine for a for a week, then i just gave up. i am about to buy new tires from a better shop. they did wonders on my Z, so maybe they will do good on the 'lude as well. So, you think brakes will cause this? what about rotors?

This is what I know, if when you brake your steering wheel shutters left to right then it is the rotors... Vtec prelude gave alot of good info though I would check pressures and take a look through your wheels, and if you see deep grooves in your brake rotors then they could cause alot of it/ shucks/kragen/checkers will turn them (shave it smooth) for $7/rotor if they have enough material still to do so. Hope this helped

If, after your ride was aligned, and still pulls to one side or the other, it could be a bent radius or tie rod. I'm about to replace my left combo of the radius & tie rod, b/c my car's pulled to the left for years, and nobody seems to be able to fix it.
