starting problems... help

sometimes my car wont start. no clicking sounds or attempts to start are heard.

i have to let go of the clutch and push it down again, maybe even 2 or 3 more times. it seems like one of the clutch switches under the dash is broken (there are 2 switches right?). has anyone else had this problem?

I have this same exact problem. It happens more during colder days. I thought the clutch switch is broken too. I would have it floored, turned the key and it doesn't crank. But if I add a little more force to the clutch while is still being floored, it starts. I went under there and looked and the swtich IS being pressed in when I press the clutch, so I'm still not sure what the problem is....

Does the light still come on? Headlights work? if so then power is fine(battery) then i believe it is faulty clutch safety switch which runs for about 15-20 bucks. Or maybe a bad ground cable for the starter, or engine ground. Check all ground cable, and clean them up if dirty or corroded. Try again if still nothing, go to a junk yard and see if you can get a switch, if not honda will have it.
